With your support, we can build a safety net for local animals — and a better future for the people who care for them.
CAAT is guided by a small, hands-on Board of Trustees made up of community members who share a passion for animal welfare. Our board provides oversight, accountability, and direction for the organization.
Each trustee brings unique skills to the table — from financial management to community outreach — but all share the same goal: building a stronger safety net for Cimarron’s animals and families.
Board responsibilities include:
Ensuring CAAT stays true to its mission and values
Approving budgets and major organizational decisions
Supporting fundraising and community engagement
Working directly with the Executive Director to develop and grow our programs
Because we are 100% volunteer-based, our board members are not only decision-makers — they are also active participants, rolling up their sleeves to help with events, outreach, and daily operations.
